Berner-Garde data can be submitted to a site operator by three different
methods.

1.  You may enter your data over the internet using our website at www.bernergarde.org.  On this site, there are submittal forms(click on the
forms button on the left).  There are litter and individual dog entry forms. Once the form has been completed, hit the submit button and your form will
be sent to a site operator for data entry.  You will receive an e-mail copy of the form back which will be your proof it was successfully sent.

2.  Down load forms to mail/fax to a site operator at www.bmd.org.   
You may also request a fax or mail copy from Margrit Kitchin at m.kitchin@att.net -480-895-2246.

3.  Contact a site operator directly for assistance.  

Updates, and if necessary, corrections to your dog's data can be made by contacting a site operator.  You can also request a proof sheet on your dog
from a site operator.  The proof sheet contains a list of all the data currently in the database on your dog.  A current site operator list appears
on the Berner-Garde web site.  www.bernergarde.org.   A kin report can also be obtained by contacting Margrit Kitchin.  A kin
report contains health information on a dog's sire, dam and any siblings.  This information can be valuable to breeders and PPO's in making either a
breeding decision or a future puppy purchase.
