                If there's a house you want to take over and the workteams are guarding it, build a hippy
                commune and get your hippy to set up his ghetto blasters right in front of the house. As soon
                as you get one or more foremen dancing send your hippy back to the commune, this will make
                it so the foremen from the property will head back to their headquarters. Then go to your hippy
                again and set up the ghetto blasters in front of their headquarters (it would work better if you got
                two hippys to set up their ghetto blasters in front of their headquarters - one behind the other)
                and then just take over the house.
