      Monsters respawn frequently, so you're never safe. As you can imagine, the biggest
      problem comes from facing more than one. Back yourself into a doorway. This way, they
      can't come at you from all sides. Be sure to whack cabinets with your fist or
      weapons--they often contain potions, though stay away from the red ones. Lastly, if you
      see gargoyle heads, given them a hit too. Sometimes this can open doors and give you
      access to other parts of the castle. If it doesn't work right away, try coming back later
