Priya Thoppil, D.O.

I am a Family Practice intern here at San Joaquin General Hospital. I went to Houston Baptist University for pre-med and to the University of North Texas Health Science Center (Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine) for my medical school. Internship keeps me fairly busy, but in my off time,
I spend time with my family in the Bay Area and attend weekly prayer meetings. I also torture my little brother with my keyboard playing.

I think the Family Practice Program at SJGH is wonderful and I am learning more than I thought I could in the time I've been here. The faculty and staff are very supportive, compassionate and most importantly always available. And the residents are the best! (Not that I'm biased).
