SCIENCE MYTH
MYTH: Astronomers could find the location of the "Big Bang" if their telescopes were good enough.
FACT: The "Big Bang" was not an explosion in space; it was an explosion of space. All of the Universe, including space itself, emerged from a single point of nothingness, so there is no center of the Universe. The "Big Bang" occurred everywhere, in every direction, instantly.

THE SEA OF ENERGY
This basic sea of conscious energy has variously been referred to as the plenum, the ether, the implicate order, and most recently, the zero-point energy field. In theology it has been called spirit. To personify or name it is a human choice that neither validates or invalidates what simply and undeniably is. The dynamic dance of nature is ever conscious at every level, from the tiniest particle to whatever its current largest configuration is in the ever present moment of experience.

ZERO-POINT ENERGY FIELD
All form for experiential physical reality is drawn from what may be called the zero-point energy field. It is a homogeneous background field of energy source points. This background source is the "canvas" upon which the changing picture of physical reality that we experience is continually painted as unstoppable activity. The zero-point background is like a three dimensional field of "pixels." This zero-point energy field is like a giant fish bowl filled with water. However, our infinite sized energy "fish bowl" is filled with an infinite number of energy source points pulsating in and out of existence at differing levels of intensity to create what we experience as form.

POLARITIES
This physical reality that we are temporarily embedded in, that we experience, is polarized, is dualistic. Anything that can be experienced only exists in relation to something else. Every aspect of physical reality has its opposites. For example, good/bad, light/dark, pleasure/pain, birth/death, stop/go, existence/nonexistence, negative/positive, etc. The flowing nature of physical reality that we experience is fueled or energized into activity by the differential nature of these polarities. Opposites create a tension that seeks resolution. Opposites in physical reality continually seek resolution into an equilibrium, into the single, the zero. This tension in seeking resolution is the energy that powers all activity in what we call the physical universe.
