The Weird Wall Awards of Excellence

With over(15)years experience struggling through the "thankless" job of 
- (what started out as "Typesetting", then amusingly enough turning into 
"Desktop Publishing", and without a considerable notice flip-flopping 
into "Graphic Design") I somehow fell into this crazy and unexplainable 
love affair with the internet. 

As the years progressed (and man have they) I'm now a unglorified "Web 
Designer" and "Graphic Designer" at best...though my own site might not 
prove this theory - try and remember that most mechanic's never has time 
for his or her own vehicle maintainence.. awww..enough of that.

As a "labor of love" to those that I know burn alot of midnight oils 
just to have a piece of the pride here on the interent, I began "The 
Weird Wall" and later "The Awards of Excellence" merely to share thanks 
to those that I truely feel deserve such. And of course, there are those 
that just deserve and "E" for all their efforts. Which is where The 
Weird Wall comes into place. After seeing that the "Top 5%" Big Brass 
was unwilling to award the 95% bracket, barely awarding anyone but 
"professionals", I felt I had to make my move. And what a move it's been.

The Weird Wall has been such a grand success that I have recruited 
others to assist with the visiting of sites. But, I do all the final 
judging and email responding.

Well, that's about it for me. The rewards have far passed the tired 
lonely nights, because I receive much more in gratification from my more 
then "thankful" reciptiants. Everyone "thanks me". But it is "I" who 
thanks them.

Awww...The Weirdness of it "All"!
