this is from the readme text file: ---------------- What Does It Do? ---------------- This program allows you to set custom colors for your desktop icon captions. The text color is completely customizable and the background color is made clear to allow your wallpaper to show through. The text may be set interactively to any color you desire. You can define up to 16 custom colors that will be saved by the program. You can also set the program to re-apply your settings whenever necessary, and you also have the option to run the program in the system tray. Why Am I Doing This? -------------------- I hate those stupid boxes of color on my desktop! And I think everyone else does too. -------------------- what can i say? a pretty cool little program! but i can say this, and i know that i am repeating myself, the version here for downloading is an older version. download deskcolor! 82.6 KB zipped laziness not withstanding, i know you will enjoy this program! ---- the home page is gone, so click any image above to get the latest version.
