i really do like this program! it's absolutely useless and serves no practical function whatsoever! an animated icon sits in your system tray and serves no purpose. well it is animated so it moves and changes, but that's it folks! and i love it! it also uses very little system resources. pretty cool for freeware! those desktop sheep and cats and dogs just got annoying very quickly, use alot of memory, and should really be closed down when software is installed. basically, they were in the way. but tray animations are cool!!! i install and uninstall alot of software, rip and encode mp3z all of the time, play memory intensive games, and i have tray animations up and running at all times. it does not slow your system down one bit! so go to the homepage, download it and enjoy!! and just so you know, i will be adding this wonderful program to my list of essential freeware. you know, the list that i have on page 16, yup, that's the one.

it's about time i added more programs to this page, they're not games, but hey, they're freeware!
[[note to me: today's date is Monday, September 04, 2000]]. yeah, i know, i'll work on screen shots and more detailed descriptions, but at least you can download and use the programs. so here we go....
these 3 programs all do the same thing, but since a different person wrote each program, they all do the same thing differently, and all 3 programs work. pretty amazing stuff!! anyway, these 3 programs show you the processes, programs, and other assorted stuff that is running in the background on your computer, and they allow you to end any process you select. pretty cool really, just like the good ol' three finger salute to windows, [control alt delete] which pops up a window showing programs running in the background, but these programs show much more information. i think you'll like them.
[please note... if you see a background process called either kernal or explorer, it's... umm.... probably a very good idea to... well, just leave those 2 processes alone, ok?!?! well, it's a thought anyway]. the 4th program, winapps, is an information only program, so if you just want to look, that is a good one to use
