i have lots of desktop icons, and i like them to stay where i put them.
but windows has other ideas, and will rearrange them on me from time to time.
with icon lock, i do a quick save, once the icons are correctly placed.
then when they get rearranged... i do a quick restore,
and everything is back where they belong.
