What Does It Mean To Suck An Icon? 
Most application files (*.exe) and many application extension files (*.dll) 
on your harddrive contain one or more icons in them. 
Icon Sucker makes it easy for you to "suck" those icons out 
and save them as either a standard Windows icon (*.ico) 
or as a standard Windows bitmap (*.bmp), 
or you can copy the icon to the clipboard as a bitmap.
