---- please note...Visua is now imagoWEB. evidently, some company had copyrighted the name Visua; hence, the name change [oh well] despair not though the author has given the program a facelift and added some new functions. and hey, it's still free!!! you can't go wrong! also, i'll work on getting updated screenshots in the near furture but the look and feel is basically the same [yeah!] [note to me:change discovered Friday, September 18, 1998] ---- ---- how i use this program.... the images in a directory are shown in a seperate file list, which is an independent window that can be moved around to your liking. the program produces permanent thumbnails of all of the images in a directory. the effects manager allows you to play with images (under the menu item: image). there are 27 different options under the effects manager's control. they are: auto contrast, bleed, blur, bright/dark, color, curl page, edge detection, engrave, enhance, gray area, gamma, invert, jiggle, mirror, mosaic, motion, noisy, oil paint, pinch hole, pixel fix, polar, rotate, sharp, spray, transitions, whirl pool, and wave image. your use will vary, since i sincerely hope that no one out there is exactly like me. ---- |
