The Children
meet at
8:45 am in room 3 of the Fellowship Hall for singing and then
go to their classes.
K through third grade meet
in room 1 of the Fellowship
Hall
Grades 4-6 meet
in room 2.
Junior high
class (grade 7 &8) meet in room 3
Senior high
meet in the Bungalow at 9:00 am, (small house, west of the church).
Understanding the Bible
adult class, taught by Reverend Knudson, meets in
the Fellowship Hall at 11:15. Adults and older teens are
invited to join this group in exploring the bible one book at a time. The study
of Matthew began on December 29th.
New Members' Class - Exploring Our United Methodist Beliefs
meets in the pastor's study at 11:20 led by Rev. Denice Leslie. If
you are new to the church, this class is for you.
This is a prayer group that gets together every Wednesday
morning at 7:30 to enjoy a time of studying and praying. The class is led by
Aage Steffenson and Rev. Laurie Hill. Come have some breakfast,
fellowship, and enlightenment at the Denny's restaurant located on Shaw and Willow.

classes
This group meets at the church on Monday
evenings at 7:00 in the Conference room. Please feel free to come and
check out our group!
Bible and Prayer Group
meet on Thursdays from 4 to 6 PM in the Lose Library.
Everyone is welcome.
The Witness Group
meet in homes. Contact the church office for schedule and
location.
Hmong Ministry
Bible Study lead by Pastor Kham
Dy Yang in the Lose Library every Sunday evening at
5:30 PM.
Physical Tune-up is just
what the name tells you. Part of our Congregational Life program, this is a
class to help you get tuned up and it meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. In the Social Hall. Physical Tune-up is an
exercise program for older adults, but not limited to an age group; anyone
interested is welcome. The exercises are very slow and possible for those who
wish to become more active and physically fit. Wear comfortable clothing and
shoes; no special clothing or exercise items are necessary. Just the will to
take control of your mind and body with routine and regular exercise is needed.
Do something good for yourself in the new year. Call Nancy Enloe, via the church

TQUEST For Men
Program
TQuest stands for Transformation
Quest. It is the “journey a man takes seeking a deeper relationship with
oneself, others, and God.” TQuest for men is the brand new curriculum produced
by the General Commission on United Methodist Men and intended to equip men to
have the abundant life for which Christ calls them. It is in the form of a
weekly small group and Bible Study combined. TQuest requires a time commitment
of 1 hr 15 minutes to 2 hours for weekly meetings. See more at:

Vacation Bible School
Every Summer, MUMC offers Vacation Bible School for the children.
VBS for 2002 ended June 21 and was attended by over 60 children.
