Very little is known about the parents of Caroline Creech. I believe that Caroline was born in Tennessee around 1826, and migrated to Lincoln County, Missouri with her family prior to 1840.

I only have knowledge that Joshua Creech lived in Rutherford County, Tennessee during the 1820 and 1830 U.S. Census. His household during the 1830 U.S. Census consisted of:

Joshua purchased over 162 acres of land in three Missouri Land Patents from the Federal government in November 1841 in Lincoln County, Missouri.

The fact that I believe Joshua Creech was Caroline Creech's father is speculation. Other people researching the Creech line, have identified Alexander Creech as one of his sons. My speculation is based on the fact that I have found several land deeds which mentioned the names of Thomspon and Caroline (Creech) House and Alexander and Elizabeth Creech. I believe that Caroline Creech was sister to Alexander Creech.

The speculation further leads me to believe that Thompson's mother was Nancy House. Nancy was the older person living in the Alexander Creech household during the 1850 and 1860 U.S. Census. Nancy House living in the Alexander Creech household leads me to believe that she was Alexander's mother-in-law, Elizabeth's mother.

Also, on April 17, 1851, there was a Quit Claim Deed filed in the Lincoln County Court House. Where Nancy House, Thomspon House, Caroline, his wife, Alexander Creech and Elizabeth, his wife, received 8 and 70/100th acres of land from John S. Austin for the sum of one dollar. Based on this land deed as well as Nancy House living in the Alexander Creech household during the 1850 and 1860 U.S. Censuses, I believe that Alexander's wife was Elizabeth House--sister to Thompson House.

I have never been able to locate a marriage record of Alexander Creech to his wife Elizabeth.
