Whitworth, Claiborne
We the commissioners appointed to settle the accounts of Thomas A-- admin. Of Claiborne Whitworth deceased have settled the said accounts and find a balance in the hands of the administrator of eight hundred and thirty-two pounds four shillings and nine pence. Given under our hands this 11th day of June 1805. Recorded 1811 July 25th.

Rec'd January 1st 1810 of John Burton my guardian the within balance of sixty four pounds nineteen shillings and one penny which is in full of his guardian account and which I believe to be correct and do hereby acquit exonerate and discharge him from all claim whatsoever with respect to his said guardianship.
