How to obtain unaltered copies of photographs:

We have many old photographs of family members we are willing share with our distant cousins who agree to abide by the "Acceptable use policy" as stated above.

Whenever you see this symbol on a page, click on it to see a copy of the photo in a seperate window (see section on older browsers). To send me an e-mail requesting a copy of a picture, just click on the picture. This will pop up your e-mail program. The e-mail will be pre addressed and the picture name will be automatically entered on the subject line. All you need to do is give me an indication of your relationship to that individual. Pictures on the Unidentified photos pages may be obtained in a similar manner. I will try to respond to your request in a reasonable amount of time with a return e-mail and an attached scanned image of the individual in JPEG format.

Stories

When you see this symbol      , just click on it to bring up a page with a story or history of that individual.

Links

When you see this symbol     in an outline , just click on it to jump to someone else's web page for that individual. More than one symbol, means more than one linked site. After you have explored that web site, you can look on your browser's GO or Back button for the 1st entry with sibfam in it, click on it to return to the outline.

Older Browsers    (and JAVA)

If you use version 4 (or older) of Netscape Navigator or version 3 of Microsoft's Internet Explorer , the first time you click on a picture symbol, the picture that comes up in the newly opened browser window may not be the one you requested. You may have to scroll to the side to find the picture. Thereafter, the pictures come up correctly in the window, but you will have to manually move between the main window and the picture window.
