As a member of Sacramento Sailing Association, I agree to cover my own boat and crew  with  all Personal Liability Insurance as needed.  I also agree to release , hold harmless, and indemnify Sacramento Sailing Association, Andreas Cove Yacht Club, Butte Sailing Club, City of Folsom, Fresno Yacht Club, Folsom Lake Yacht Club, city of Oroville, Lake Washington Sailing Club, Port of Sacramento Authorities, Park and Recreation, State of California, their officers, members, guests, race committee and employees from all liability by reason of any injury or property damage whatsoever to the yacht entered above or to myself or to my crew or guests.  I agree to be bound by ISAF's The Racing Rules of Sailing and by all other rules that govern any upcoming events.
