| As a collaborative effort with the Citrus
Heights Teen & Senior Center, the Citrus Heights Lions along with Mesa
Verde High School, the San Juan High School Class of '60 and many others
helped by collecting enough food to feed 106 families over the Thanksgiving
holiday. The Class of '60 webmaster Stephanie Warren Chaired this
project along with Class of '60 Rep Jerry Still as Co-Chair. They
worked together with Cindy Morarity from Mesa Verde High School and with
Lion Yvonne Bach who was responsible for handling contributions made by
the Citrus Heights Lions. On November 20th and on November 22nd families
lined up at the Teen & Senior Center door to receive their holiday
baskets filled with a huge dinner to feed their entire family on Thanksgiving
Day. We are grateful for everyone’s help with this worthy project
and we hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you
