I have been a Softcom customer since I moved to Wilton and pay a lot for my service. Up until two weeks ago, I was calling Softcom 1-2 times per week for help with my connection. I finally had a tech come out, I forgot his name but he did my initial install as well. He suggested putting the disk on my garage. Once the team installed the disk on my garage, my connection has been much much better! It was great service and am thankful that the tech team and installers listened to my needs and provided a solution. During these times my internet is essential for work and for my kids to complete school from a distance. Thank you again.
