We’re excited to announce the availability of Softcom Smart Routers that will enhance Wi-Fi connectivity, give users more control, and receive unparalleled insights into your home or business networks for an optimized Internet experience.
These cutting-edge routers have been developed with the end goal of making our customers’ experience better, faster, stronger, and with an increased ability to control key issues for both home and business users.
Our Smart Routers will allow you to make sure you are getting peak performance on your Wi-Fi by utilizing either a web control panel or a smartphone app to establish priority users, set device bandwidth or usage limit alerts, get notifications of potential security issues, and so much more![/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Softcom customers will have access to an easy-to-use smartphone app that connects with the routers and allows you to easily manage your home network as well as connect with Softcom to manage device performance issues. Softcom Smart Routers will streamline the troubleshooting process between Softcom technicians and our customers, allowing for quick, in-depth remote management, diagnosis, and repair; Smart Routers give our technicians the ability to rapidly identify any issues you may be experiencing with your service and get it resolved.
In addition, customers who have a Smart Router in their home will be eligible for a 50% discount on in-home service call charges.
Affordable control at your fingertips
Smart Routers are available to Softcom customers for a low monthly rental fee of $10.00. For customers that wish to set up a mesh network, it will be $5.00 per month per device (a minimum of 2 devices).
