Softcom currently provides internet service to the following cities: Acampo, Clements, Collierville, Courtland, East Stockton, Elk Grove, Galt, Herald, Isleton, Lake Camanche, Lockeford, Lodi, Morada, North Stockton, Thornton, Victor, Walnut Grove, Wilton, Woodbridge and Youngstown.
Our internet service coverage areas are expanding every day, though, so here’s a couple ways to check for updates.
CHECK ONLINE: To see a map showing where Softcom services are currently available, or to search by address, go to the “Check Availability” page on our website by clicking HERE, or finding it under the Plans & Pricing menu.
Occasionally addresses that are inside the indicated service area on our map are unable to receive our internet service. One reason this might happen is that the nearest tower is at capacity and unable to take on more customers at that time. Another issue might be wireless signal interference – when things like hills or trees block the signal from the local tower. However, since we are constantly upgrading existing towers and adding new ones, it is just a matter of time until those obstacles are overcome.
