tip: When an oil well or a coal mine exhausts
                 its resources, selecting the facility and
                 pressing the Delete key will demolish it.
                 Nonproducing mines and wells can take up
                 valuable space and sap your workforce.

                 tip: Before selecting a construction site,
                 note the location of the building's entrance.
                 You can rotate the building's position by
                 holding down the Control key and
                 right-clicking, enabling you to select the most
                 advantageous spot.

                 tip: Build roads whenever possible to
                 connect your production and manufacturing
                 facilities. This is especially important to
                 speed the flow of lumber, iron ore, oil, and
                 coal to construction sites, factories,
                 refineries, and power plants.
